I. Invitation to communion with God (1-10)

• A praying community (4-7)
• A covenant community (8-10)

II. Instruction in communing with God (11-22)

• The fear of the Lord (11-14)
• The presence of the Lord (15-18)
• The deliverance of the Lord (19-22)
