Tucson City Missions
Rincon is in the city of Tucson, a diverse community of almost a million people. We encourage our members to serve in local ministries that represent the mercy of the Gospel to people in need. Our church budgets support for people and agencies that serve our city. We also support ministry at the University of Arizona and in a church plant nearby, Midtown Presbyterian Church.
Some of the local mercy and justice ministries that we support and serve with include:
Answers for Life Pregnancy Center
RMPC members volunteer at Answers for Life and many members support this vital ministry financially.
Corazon Ministries
RMPC is excited about what God is doing through Corazon Ministries and funds special events and needs of Corazon Ministries as they arise.
The Gospel Rescue Mission
We have adopted two rooms at the new Center of Opportunity. We participated in demolition of the existing rooms, raised over $10,000 for renovation of the two rooms and have actively participate in the renovation.
Hands of Hope of Tucson
Our deacons support the work of Hands of Hope and individuals within the congregation volunteer at their centers.
